I am a qualified integrative counsellor and CBT-informed, offering short-and long-term therapy for adults through online and telephone sessions.
I understand that reaching out can feel daunting, and I aim to provide a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted at your own pace.
I offer online and telephone counselling via Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, allowing you to access support from a place where you feel most comfortable.
Whether you are facing a specific difficulty, feeling overwhelmed, or simply feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels right for you.
As a member of the NCPS, I am committed to maintaining high standards of ethical and professional practice.
“A calm mind gives you clarity to help find the best ways forward”.
My approach is centred around you as an individual. I believe that everyone’s experiences are unique, and I work collaboratively with you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and goals in a way that feels right for you. Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or simply feeling stuck, I aim to support you in making sense of things and moving forward at your own pace.
I offer a space where you can talk openly and be met with empathy, respect, and authenticity. My focus is on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to explore whatever you need, without judgement.
I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, low mood, relationships, stress and self-esteem. I tailor my approach to each person I work with, drawing on my integrative training and CBT-informed understanding to support your individual needs.
I offer a supportive and confidential space where you can explore whatever may be on your mind at your own pace.
My work focuses on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions, so you can feel more in control and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
Through our work together, you may begin to notice patterns, make sense of difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping. Counselling can also provide an opportunity to build self-awareness, improve relationships, and strengthen your confidence and sense of self.
I work collaboratively with you, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and focusing on what feels most important in the moment. Whether you are going through a specific issue or seeking personal growth, my aim is to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
Ultimately, counselling is about having a space that is just for you, somewhere you can speak openly, feel truly heard, and begin to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
People come to counselling for support with many different challenges. You may be going through a difficult time, feeling overwhelmed, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. Counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore what may be going on for you.

You are welcome to get in touch if you have any questions about counselling or would like to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This first session provides an opportunity to explore what has brought you to counselling, consider how it may support you, and decide whether I am the right therapist for your needs.
If you would prefer, you can also contact me by phone to leave a message or speak with me directly. I am happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have before arranging an initial appointment.
All enquiries are treated in strict confidence, and I aim to respond within 48 hours.
